Board and Neighborhood Activities

The Declaration of Covenants calls for a three person board to oversee the architectural approval, covenant enforcement and other neighborhood activities.

We typically have a neighborhood meeting in late October to coincide with our trick or treating day.  In the past we've had neighborhood picnics, holiday parties, gourmet club, bunco, book club, poker night, Badger game and other activities.  We did have a holiday party in 2020 before the shutdown and we managed to have an outdoor neighborhood meeting too, but everything else has sort of faded away.

The only thing required to get any of these or something else going in the neighborhood is a champion to get it started.  If you want to communicate anything with the neighbors, or if you have pictures of neighborhood fun that should be on this site, please contact board@beaumontridge.com to let us know.

Hopefully we can have a meeting in the fall and maybe even a picnic one of these days.  The board keeps an e-mail directory to communicate those sort of things.
