Architectural Approval

According to the Declaration of Restrictions and Covenants of Beaumont Ridge Subdivision, any structure or architectural feature being built on a lot in our subdivision requires approval from our Architecture Review Board.  In order to gain approval, the structure must comply with the covenants.  To begin the approval process, the owner of record may submit the form below.  Please e-mail your application to board@beaumontridge.com.

Below are the forms we were using when the neighborhood is new.  The Architectural Feature or Change form is still appropriate, but since all that one lot is built, the new home form is a bit obsolete.  Your best approach may be to contact the board at the e-mail above and ask what they need to make a change.

Please note that plans will not be approved if they do not meet the requirements set forth in the Declaration of Restrictions and Covenants of Beaumont Ridge Subdivision.  In addition to the specifications in the Covenants, the Architecture Review Board has consistently required chimney chases with natural exteriors (rather than wall vents) if the home has a fireplace, non-galvanized chimney caps and 35-year roof shingles.

The current lamppost that has been specified by the Beaumont Ridge Architecture Review Board are the Hanover Phillips #B12630 Sturbridge Large lamppost in Verde Green (color code VGN) with a light sensitive switch.  The current mailbox and post is the Hanover Phillips M202 in Verde Green (VGN) as well.  All homes are required to have these in place within 9 months of occupancy.

In 2015, we updated the specs of the lampposts and mailboxes.  We found BBC Lighting was the best source at the time.  Obviously you would need them to get you an updated quote, but here is the information we had back then.
